      Avantages

      Great company to work for, as an intern I had access to all of the information I needed and had the help of all the engineers as well as upper management if I had any questions. I was able to stay employed at the company for nearly 1.5 years since I lived in the city where the office is located and was able to focus on school as well as being included on multiple projects.

      Inconvénients

      Not many, I got along great with nearly everyone at the company and everyone was very understanding and helpful had I any questions.

      Avantages

      Good local management group, great group of guys in the field who operate as a team, always someone willing to help you on busy day. Not micro-managed. Field employees are given the freedom to try their ideas on wells that may help with production. Average benefits package.

      Inconvénients

      Hourly wages are average at best yet the company assets perform well above competitors. Expects field level employees to go above and beyond but incentives to do so lack severely. Annual performance bonuses are much lower than competitors of the same caliber. Corporate management would rather replace an exceptional field employee than adjust their compensation in hopes of keeping them.
