      Good extensive training, stressless work, Good Coffee and nice people.

      Inconvénients

      one of the worst packages offered to the employees, no pay raises, pay cuts! Still expecting to do the same work.

      Avantages

      - comparatively good salary - free snacks/drinks - interesting work (can be done 100 times better)

      Inconvénients

      - politics -> everyone wants a big position and think that they are the most talented people in the world. Do not value colleagues and juniors enough. - Managers take credits for everything and blame the team for failures. - prefer seniority over ability and qualifications - no code-reviews, performance evaluation, bonus or appreciation - the focus is always on selling/delivering immature products that fail at delivery
