Avantages
Good job, but with a corrupted management that ruins the job! I loved the three day a week work schedule. Besides the management it is a good place to work.
Inconvénients
I loved working machinery and the coworkers were amazing, but the entire management and how they run things is completely corrupted. Lots of people quit because of how the company is run and how management treated them everyday. they do not care for their employees and will find any reasons they want to let you go or even just pick on you all the time for no reason if the staff decides they don’t like you. The Supervisor was extremely unprofessional and has a lot of in appropriate issues with HR. And they will generate fake cases against you just to protect themselves.. If the management wasn’t so horrific it would be a great place. But I don’t recommend this place to anybody and it is extremely unethical and biased towards Latinos. They don’t give you hours that they promised either. If you’re a Latino woman they’ll favor you over any white personal there so I guess that’s positive if you are.
