Avantages
40 hour work week in only four days. Start early end early before bad traffic
Inconvénients
No concern for worker safety. Sub optimal pay. No exhaust fans and hoods for welders. No structure to show appreciation for good work which means lower quality output. No reason to excel. Owner seems to only care about his bottom dollar.
