      Avantages

      Daily interaction with charming community of vibrant, engaged, and lively seniors ready to embrace their retirement years. Beautiful facility.

      Inconvénients

      Management lacks an overall plan and reacts to situations without thinking through long- (and short-) term consequences. Some management very condescending toward residents behind their backs. HIPAA is not conscientiously enforced. HR is non-existant. No possibility of overtime - strictly enforced. Management routinely dismisses resident's concerns and comments.

      Avantages

      Meadow Ridge was the most flexible employer you could ever ask for. They work with you and your schedule. I felt like management actually cared about me as a person. Much better work environment and working conditions than a grocery store like Caraluzzi's. Residents of Meadow Ridge and generally friendly when you serve them.

      Inconvénients

      If it is snowing you are still expected to come to work or sleep over the night before.
