      Flexible hours, great communication, manager is very understanding

      Parents can be sometimes difficult to deal with, need lots of patience

      Avantages

      One of the first places I've ever worked in where I feel like my employers genuinely care about me. I'm given full agency to do whatever I need to do to meet my goals and I feel like my boss genuinely cares about my learning and development.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes the lines were blurred on what were my responsibilities and what were others. There was just a general lack of structure and organization even amongst the administration.
