      Sometimes there seems to be a lack in organization and processes. Different teams and even employees have their own individual ways of doing things, which is great, but there needs to be some standardization.

      The development team keeps making horrible decisions that support and the customers have to put up with. Payment is below average. They care too much about AI buzzwords.
