Avantages
I have worked for 7 months and I didn't see any thing called PRO there. I found every thing is worst . Company have two directors who are brothers and none of them are humans. They will tell so many stories if they want you and the minute they found your work for them is done they through in dust bin. Employees are hired for even for the POC projects also and fired once it not worked for them.
Inconvénients
Hiring and firing is continuous process . HR are even worst then the directors he i st the best best liar and he mange bring people with good profile and once work is your gone . I saw the people has been brought from different metros and fired with in 2 months. you won't get PF while you leave the company . I can't put whole thing in this small box so many things are to tell about the company.
