Perspective commerciale
Avantages
People at Wrigley are progressive, but not leading edge; they're conservative, but not myopic or closed-minded. I've found they're open to new ideas, but not the fastest to move on them. The Mars acquisition will continue to bring change, methinks.
Inconvénients
Wrigley doesn't move very fast, and as a company they're not agile. Quite a bit of innovative and creative thinking happens with the products, but that buzz doesn't make it all the way into the general workforce.
