      Avantages

      Huge potential and stable financial backing of the company

      Inconvénients

      - Horrible treatment of employees - Policy can change in an instant about anything - Same for strategy and plans - Tons of office politics and clicks inside the upper management (and lower level as well) - People are spread out in lots of different offices on different countries which feels very disjointed I can go on for days... Don't do it... There are lots of better places...

      Avantages

      Room for fast advancement in the company and high earning potential commensurate with performance and skill level. Can learn the industry from the ground up and get your foot in the door of the securities world.

      Inconvénients

      Numbers driven, conflict of interest with clients, shady business practices, high turnover, no job security, disgruntled management, i would not recommend a career oriented professional join this firm.
