      No micromanaging, assisting Costco customers with phone plans, easy, management was average

      Inconvénients

      Barely any communication with higher ups, not much of an incentive for commission on sales

      - Lots of downtime - Not strict about what you do/wear - The work is simple most of the time - Managers and HR are great

      Inconvénients

      -Not really any cons its a great job

      Inconvénients

      Lower on the Pay Scale Does require you to stand at all productive hours. Store staff, may try to micro manage you at times beyond your scope of work.
