      Avantages

      No MicroManaging No Sales Requirements Show up and do your job. And you are appreciated for it. No experience needed. They train you and allow you time in field alone to learn on your own.

      Inconvénients

      Selfies with Customers Sales If you aren’t sales oriented MarketSource probably isn’t for you. I don’t mind selfies but some customers do. But it’s 1% of the job.

      - Lots of downtime - Not strict about what you do/wear - The work is simple most of the time - Managers and HR are great

      Inconvénients

      -Not really any cons its a great job

      Inconvénients

      Lower on the Pay Scale Does require you to stand at all productive hours. Store staff, may try to micro manage you at times beyond your scope of work.
