In my first 60 days, the overall atmosphere is positive and welcoming! I've had the opportunity to work cross functionally work with many different departments which has helped me understand the business needs and direction more clearly. The flexibility and work/life balance are major positives. I'm able to prioritize my workload accordingly to meet company objectives. They offer many classes and social opportunities to network within which helps strengthen the bond amongst the employee base. Opportunities for growth within the organization are available and employees are highly encouraged to seek these out. The size of the company, for me, feels right. It is not so big that you feel like just another number. Instead, many know you by your first name and feel the impact of your work. The work we do here is meaningful and brings value to not only our customers, but to us as individuals. The salary and benefits offered are competitive and affordable.
