Avantages

In my first 60 days, the overall atmosphere is positive and welcoming! I've had the opportunity to work cross functionally work with many different departments which has helped me understand the business needs and direction more clearly. The flexibility and work/life balance are major positives. I'm able to prioritize my workload accordingly to meet company objectives. Marketlab cares about the personal and professional growth of their employees. They offer many classes and social opportunities to network within which helps strengthen the bond amongst the employee base. Opportunities for growth within the organization are available and employees are highly encouraged to seek these out. The size of the company, for me, feels right. It is not so big that you feel like just another number. Instead, many know you by your first name and feel the impact of your work. The work we do here is meaningful and brings value to not only our customers, but to us as individuals. The salary and benefits offered are competitive and affordable.

Inconvénients

Some of the systems are a bit out dated, however the company has identified these as key objectives to improve upon.

Avantages

Constant room for growth and collaboration between departments. Paid time off for all major holidays. Great PTO accrual policy and 401k plan. Mangers that listen and work with you to help you grow within your role. An energetic and positive atmosphere with your co workers. The “higher ups” make a point to get to know you and speak with you when given the chance. Just overall a kind and energetic atmosphere at a company that genuinely cares about the people that work there.

Avantages

Clean environment, stable hours, nice break room, company quarterly meetings were impressive, good pay

Inconvénients

inconsistent work flow, rules were set but not enforced (I.e. phone etiquette, proper safety guidelines for lifts, break times) opportunities for growth were stifled
