Inconvénients
First you can notice the positive reviews for the company are all fake. I know as they had me do them. The admin team is very racist and sexist. Someone changed their email signature to he/they and admin was mad and brought it up in our company wide weekly meeting said, “ we don’t care and we don’t support this.” I have it recorded. When asked to highlight DEI months, I was told we will when they have a male history month and to “get serious.” The company is absolute garbage and that’s putting it lightly. In a year and half of employment, I had 6 different managers, all who had different expectations. When I raised my concern to the administration team, they replied with your manager should not effect your work, I don’t see how this is a problem. The direction of the whole company changes every minute and the CEOs blame those in the company instead of taking ownership and listening to peoples concerns.
