      Avantages

      1. Flexible working hours 2. Leaves (if you're not in devops & if you're in devops then 'god be with you' even the weekends are not yours) 3. Unlimited Coffee/green tea

      Inconvénients

      1. Mandatory extra working hours(late nights) 2. 1 person doing work of 4 team members 3. No recognition from leadership 4. Recently, politics has also increased v.much 5. NOT AT ALL GOOD APPRAISAL 6. They claim to be a "great place to work" but the reality is twisted 7. Exploits freshers. Specially the ones who are in bond period(no good salary hike- max 2-6%) 8. HR dept. is not at all active in employe's concerns. You'll raise a concern today & they MAY reach you out after 1 week. 9. Ratings given at time of appraisal are just to potrait that the employee also has a say in this and will give you the worst salary hike possible in mid-level industries. 10. No skill improvement opoortunities as you'll stuck in doing the same work over & over. The list goes on but I hope you understand my point.

      1. Good snacks in the office 2. Office lady is amazing 3. People learn to create personal social media brand

      Inconvénients

      1. Employee growth is super slow 2. Company doesn't spend at all in digital marketing and expect leads and revenue coming organically 3. They are very slow at innovation though it's an IT company 3. All they care is about margins
