Avantages
As a part time colorist, my schedule was flexible and I loved always having a full book without having to do any of my own booking or marketing. The team was fun, management was kind, and the pay was really fair. I was wildly impressed with he education was top-- the balayage class was better than ones that I had spent MANY HUNDREDS of my own dollars on.
During the first year of covid shut downs, I was able to move to Color Crew, our online customer service team. Working for Madison Reed full time really brought to life the way we live our values and I fell in love with doing hair in a whole new way doing consultations and color corrections via text/phone/email.
And then they taught me how to be a recruiter :)
I was fully trained and consistently supported in entering an entirely new career in HR. Madison Reed has given me all the tools I needed to thrive.
Inconvénients
I don't have much time to get my hands into hair as much anymore :)
