Excellent working and learning opportunity, providing independent working environment for the Senior Skill with other very talented colleagues. MTS did great things in the testing environment.
Inconvénients
Leadership is very controlling with ones work and outcomes. Very disorganized at leadership level. Not about the business and their employees but their own gain, recognition, and their own high pay. Leaders DO NOT Walk their talk AND will sobotage others. Very untrustworthy. Process improvement initiatives are continuous with nothing ever getting established as an actual improvement that can aide company and colleagues, or work methods. Very nepotistic, with too many family workers being hired on for more pay and less skill set . Too many workers calling themselves managers, that have been there far too long and have no clue of the working outside world and cross functional skill set that can be offered by new people coming in. All leaders with good intentions get fired, let go or demoted.
