Good faith relationship with employer spoiled by having salary slashed witout warning. - Avis employé Senior Project Controls Specialist MTS

Not many in hindsight. I left a secure job to work with MTS after negotiating a fair salary with them. After 5 years and having received excellent performance reviews MTS informed me that my salary would be reduced by over 30% and I could not expect any performance based salary increases in the future. No credible justification was given.
