      Avantages

      PTO is above average that's it.

      Inconvénients

      Safety 7th, yes men to the front of the line. Training doesn't exist. General management is dishonest and at times volatile. Not a healthy work environment in Oregon.

      Thank you so much for your feedback. Many companies face challenges such as this, and MSR-FSR is no different. We have been made aware of some issues that exist at this location and we are working hard to improve of processes, culture, work environments and training programs.

      Avantages

      3 and 4 day weekends are great.

      Inconvénients

      Pay, requesting time off changed and we now only get 40 hours of PTO for our first year and 80 hours for our second year. 4 days of unpaid time off a year.
