Avantages
I chose to write this review because I feel like the negative comments I have read doesn't do this company justice. Coming from a person that decided to come in for an interview and is now currently working here for a few months despite having read the previous negative reviews, I have come to really enjoy my time here. The company is comprised of only a few people, but the people I work with are friendly, sweet and accommodating. Everyone here is eager to help and I know I can count on anyone in the office to lend me a hand with something if it was needed. I believe they have moved locations prior to me starting here, because unlike what was mentioned, the office is actually quite spacious and comfortable. The attire is pretty casual. The boss is constantly improving the office in whatever way he can and has no problem purchasing things for the office if he feel like it would make the place more comfortable for his employees. And I could honestly say, he's a pretty funny guy. The work is manageable, you pick up on the basics but yet what I encounter each day is different, which keeps things interesting. There are times when it gets a little slow and I would have to look for something to do for the office to keep myself busy. If you are someone that just wants a paying job that will dish out a paycheck for you dozing off in front of a monitor while browsing through Facebook, this would not be a place for you. You're left alone to do what is expected of you and if you do just that and beyond, you'll thrive here. Overall, I say I'm excited to be part of this team here. Although I can't know for sure where I'll be in the long run, I see a great growth potential for the company, and I can honestly say that right now, I'm happy where I am. This job is my first "real job" after I graduated, but I feel like I started off in the right place.
Inconvénients
They currently do not offer health insurance, but it does seems like they are looking to implement this in the future. Bathroom, why are you down the hall?
