      Avantages

      Only flexible time to go office and the location of office is a Pro.

      Inconvénients

      1. No salary, employee, bonus, or any such benefits at all. 2. No employee encouragement, no transparency, no future career growth. 3. There 2/3 managers who rule the whole company and CEO in India is just a puppet of them and Netherlands counterpart. 4. HR , the only one HR in company is not at all approachable , not at all employee friendly and thinks she is the CEO sometimes.

      They provide you with all the gear you need to work on your projects.

      Inconvénients

      No growth. They dont pay attention to quality. Poor leadership.
