Management is managed by a rude compulsive jealous liar, whatever he touches, he breaks
Women are not allowed to be in the selections of IT Support hires as they are not good enough compared to men, this is coming directly from the people in charge of recruiting for their Service Desk which has 3 divisions
The MBC BU is more focused and interested at maximizing profits, showing the new HO that they can bring in money, so they do all kinds of gimmicks to stay in/at their positions. As long as money is earned, MSP HO won’t check anything, they will only check if they start to lose money. Caution, MBC has been bought by MSP CORP which encourage the abuses made on employees, they are worse than MBC, they are trying to profit from all directions
Everything here was wrongly started from day 1, it needs to be completely tear-down and built like an office, not like the scrap yard it is
As soon as you work for them, they go asking for your marital status, they ask your age, they ask if you rent or if you own a house, they ask the mortgage cost or rent cost, they ask how much your car is worth and how much it cost per month, they then tell you that you have to work 24/7 for them, they say it is part of the job and it is mandatory if you want to keep working for them
Abuses coming from employer administered to employees, word respect has no existence or coherence here, employees disrespectful towards other teams, towards clients, manipulated, and some clients have the most distasteful altercations with employees and if talk to employer about that, they are being told to toughen up or to start looking for a job
Employer watches in admiration the behind of its female employees when they walk away. Some go out of their ways to ensure not missing a step as much as standing straight up to ‘watch the walk’ over their 5’ high wall separators
Inexperienced young crew running younger employees and taking advantage of them, taken for fools
