Avantages

Free food, some nice people

Inconvénients

Very low percentage of sales hitting quotas, people struggling and stepping on each other's toes to get there. Way too many internal meetings with multiple stands up a day and 1:1s. Struggle to see how anyone can have a positive experience here unless you are new or delusional. Favoritism is rampant throughout the org. Everything seems perfect in the beginning but eventually you realise people don't really care that much about a diagramming suite (as much as the company wants to tell everyone it's not just diagramming, it's "visual collaboration"). Also imagining many of the positive reviews have been asked to write nice reviews here so take it all with a grain of salt.

Avantages

- Very strong mentorship program - Very nice people - Some VERY good engineers, PMs, and designers

Inconvénients

- Pay isn't competitive outside of Utah (but hey, at least we're hiring) - Like most other companies at our size, your success and satisfaction largely depend on the team you're on - Sales and product/eng could probably be better aligned to inform product decisions - Like most other SAAS companies, we're investing A LOT into AI. This could bite us in the future (I personally think we're in a bubble, and the consequences of over-investing will be very painful once it bursts)
