Great team work! Somewhat flexible with schedule if you go to school. Weekly pay.
Inconvénients
There is not many opportunities to grow other than supervisor or head of dept. Even so very little difference in salary. Managers don't motivate their employees or appreciate their work. Very old system be prepared to price everything if you work on the floor. It will be so much easier if they had a system to scan merchandise instead of having to individually price each item. It is very frustrating to have to stop your job or from assisting a customer because of a price check. Too much work for very little pay. Not worth it. No benefits either. 1 week vacation and it's not payed for. Yes I understand it's retail but they should be more considerate and provide more benefits because they don't have any so far.
