Smart team, real investments, real due diligence, and a few members of the investment team are great mentors who will teach you the way. Really good benefits. Good office. Really great ops staff. The firm's reputation is a bit niche, but is otherwise solid. A legit firm.
Inconvénients
Growing pains with their sourcing program, can be frustrating to lose bids repeatedly due to price. Salary was probably 1-2 quartiles below market at the time. Some of the investment team are not good "people managers" - they are nice people but get frustrated when you show any degree of career ambition.
