8yThanks so much for this! One of the main reasons we wanted to capture our culture description as "we're at our best when..." is because sometimes we're not at our best on everything all the time. An expectation of long hours and no holidays definitely isn't something we aspire to as an experience for any of us. I'd love us all to live and breathe where we're going in Logitech but living and breathing it is a passion, not a 24-hour all-consuming, at-the-expense-of-everything-else-in-life mandate.
If you're up for it, I'd love to hear more from you on what we could do.
