Avantages
1) You gain experience of how not to ruin your person life and become aware of life as a concept. 2) The company used to have a very nice team, but butterflies run to a safer leaf once they know the existing one is vicious. 3) You get to see some trees from the office's window.
Inconvénients
1) As an employee, you tend to start proving and justifying your work because the environment compels you to do so. 2) No scope for thinkers. Innovation is prohibited if you think big then you are not sane. 3) No value as a human being. The moment you sign up for the organisation, you must be aware that your are giving up your life. You will not have a life to live for and will be constantly reminded that you are doing nothing for the organisation. 4) Religious association. This one really was big let down for me. Most of the hiring process happens through a religious congregation. This results in really really bad quality of employees which get more than decent salary just because they come from a specific ideology. 5) Narsiccism: The level of narcissism the management has is pathetic. They are very shallow people who think they are solving something big, but it's a trivial thing and lot of other players are way ahead in the game. The management fails to understand their real self and have built a cocoon of toxicity where only losers can survive. 6) Stress: Working here is always a stress. The working hours are fixed, but you have to be in good books of management then only you are an employee else you are just a worker who doesn't deserve his/her own life and lives on mercy of management. Let me be candid on this one; even if you don't have any other offer/opportunity, still consider hundred times joining the organisation. As you can lose plethora of opportunities if you get stuck here. This one doesn't qualify as a nice organization to work as even your tissue paper count is reported. Please try to check attrition rate with management and the reason why people leave the organisation. Ask about work culture.
