      - Fun work environment - They have weekly rewards like if sales hits a certain quota you can go in the cash-grab machine, or spin a wheel for prizes - "open door" policy with the owner - HR department would go out to lunch every week

      Inconvénients

      - high turnover rate - what they're selling isn't 100% accurate (no one can sell the front page of Google)
