      Avantages

      Good culture, fabulous team and team members given autonomy to run projects and grow. Great global clients and partnership and fun to be part of something that is growing.

      Inconvénients

      Some of the previous product direction limited the upside of the company. Over the last 12 months this has really turned around and the company finally has really unique and defendable IP.

      Avantages

      Great product with thoughtful, deliberate, customer-friendly architecture Great leadership who are genuinely excited to take conversations and feedback from any employee Great team who hustle and demand a lot, but know how to respect boundaries Great partnership with AWS Pay/benefits are at or slightly above industry standards Fantastic near and mid term company outlook

      Inconvénients

      Small teams working across global timezones can be difficult and demanding, especially during sprints. A lot of work to be done on internal workflows and structures to minimize employee overhead
