      Avantages

      * Founders are hands on, have complementary skills and understand the business and product well. * Very strong product team, experienced people who can operate well on their own. I can trust people to do their jobs well while I do mine * Base salary is good, especially for a startup at this stage * We build MVPs and iterate very quickly

      Inconvénients

      * Product strategy requires lots of quick small pivots, so sometimes it feel like not making progress * Very little structure + distributed setting means it's up to you to make your work visible and double check that it's valuable

You get exposure to a wide range of work and wear multiple hats, which keeps things dynamic and a good learning experience.

      Cons: The same fast pace and breadth can be challenging if you prefer more structure or narrowly defined roles.
