Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Strong technical individuals. Excellent benefits (health insurance, catered lunches). Open and collaborative employees. Plenty of diversity, supportive of foreign workers (i.e. visa sponsorships). When focused on an objective, the company can execute!
Inconvénients
Not a place to grow as a manager - eg, people managers are not involved in formal reviews and compensation inputs for their staff. Exec team tends to micromanage, lacks vision, and is too reliant on a rapidly eroding market/customer base. A revolving door with sales and marketing executives is a troubling sign. Compensation packages not competitive in the Valley.
