      Avantages

      Work-life balance and compensation is above average. Great medical benefits. Genuinely nice, smart, and kind people to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Horrible place if you care about mental health. Leadership refuses to take accountability for themselves, blames others/make excuses. 0 empathy for the little guy from the top. Huge turnover rate that gets swept under the rug. The CFO would rather belittle and gossip about their direct reports rather than properly manage/guide them, terrible leader. COO is clueless and makes emotionally charged decisions that do more harm than good. The CEO doesn’t seem to learn from mistakes or care to take advice that doesn’t align with their own, leading to very questionable decisions. A lot of focus and energy are placed in all the wrong areas.

      Avantages

      Cutting edge products. Constantly improving technology. The sky is the limit on where you can go with this company if you are willing to put the effort in. Executive Team, Laurie, Danielle and Dan are brilliant minded people and are constantly looking at ways to improve the company. They are very open to ideas. I really enjoyed working here; I only wish I had found Liquid Instruments earlier in my career. If you get an offer to work there, take it. You will learn a lot and you will get to work with an amazing team!

      Inconvénients

      Too many online meetings…..that’s all.

      Avantages

      LI is on the forefront of innovation in the Test & Measurement industry. The core product technology concept has tons of potential for continued growth in the market, and the company culture is very inclusive of people from diverse backgrounds which promotes an excellent company culture.

      Inconvénients

      Taking a long time to get past the "start-up" stage.
