The environment will teach you a lot surrounding sales but also will give you a deep understanding of the tech industry.The salary was fair and the commission is above industry standards for delivery consultants. In summary it’s a close team environment made up of highly experienced consultants led by a director who has lived and breathed recruitment. This gives yourself the perfect platform to learn and build your career.
Inconvénients
Not any cons, moved on for reasons irrespective to the company or anyone at the company. Lots of the negative reviews would have been posted whichever agency that person joined. Recruitment is hard. If it wasn’t then there would not be same sized rewards.
