      benefits are great & some genuinely nice people

      Inconvénients

      Insecure Managers who were promoted because they stayed in the org for many years but truly undeserving! No people management skills and very insensitive. Few of us had to quit forcibly due to the injustice done by our Managers & HR in the name if culture.

      Avantages

      Compensation was strong and competitive. The people were genuinely good to work with, and on paper the mission is one you can get behind. Solid brand and a smart, capable workforce.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership often felt political and opaque. Success was difficult to define clearly, and it frequently seemed like the business quietly picked winners and losers rather than rewarding performance on transparent terms.
