good company - Avis employé Sales Lighthouse Insurance Group

Lighthouse has been a great company to work for. I came from the retail world so it was a complete 180 coming into an 8-5 job. My first day here everyone was so helpful and welcoming! My managers laid out a baseline of everything I would be learning and gave me my training/licensing schedule.

The coffee is not the greatest but there are many options of creamers to help improve the taste as well as other drink options available

Management is very employee-focused and makes good decisions.

No cons to speak about in my position.
