      Avantages

      I’m all for wellness so this is a dream company for me. I like the opportunity of working with a multinational team as the shared knowledge is on a different level. Company leverages my strong skills so nothing feels forced. The company takes customer care seriously – and employee care too. They even offer a Cycle2Work program as well as mental health support - which is not the case for most businesses. We’re also given the following benefits: discounts, EAP, fair hours, flexible PTO, freebies, health/life/vision plan, mental health support, PTO, parties, and pension.

      Inconvénients

      No. Working here has made me sound in both body and mind.

      Avantages

      The highlights for me are the training, consistency, and teamwork. Managers are very clear about their expectations and give people access to all the resources they need to do their jobs well. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so if you stay focused, you’ll definitely be able to build new skills. Whenever challenges come up, I know my team is there to help me.

      Inconvénients

      Manufacturing work is demanding, with strict requirements and deadlines.
