Upper management is not truly supportive of the mission statement. They desire technicians to be more robotic in the clean rooms and only want us to have feelings for the donor when it is convenient to manipulate us. There is extremely limited room for growth and opportunities for techs who truly want truly believe in the mission statement. Senior management lacks sensitivity in how they view the gift and their loved ones. They see them as dollar amounts, which is disgusting.
