      Avantages

      -Free membership -Growth and development training is available for those who want it, stability in position for those who are content with their level. -CEO has an amazing vision for the company and it's employees

      Inconvénients

      -Underpaid for the amount/quality of work that is expected -Little opportunity for advancement, management will sell you a great sounding career path, however you'll need to take everything with a grain of salt. -Zero work/life balance for middle management, upper management pawn work off like it's a disease. -Despite their promise to hire the best, incompetence and laziness filter up rather easily. -Tight budgets set by corporate office don't allow managers the ability to better staff their departments.

      They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
