Poor management - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Library Hotel Collection

Pay starts okay but little to no raises. Management only looks out for eachother and anyone else is left to fend for themselves. Management will do their best to not give you what you’re earned and when you confront them about rules they have to follow they will spend weeks trying to say you’re wrong and hope you drop it. No room for growth (unless your buddies with management)
