      Avantages

      Work life balance, with 2 days WFH per week for executive staff.

      Inconvénients

      Spend so many time doing repetitive work. At the same time need to be able to learn new product and provide design in short amount of time as we are short of engineers here.

      Just the work hrs.6 to 2:30

      Inconvénients

      No OT well you will get it if they like you,the pay no good , poor comunication,micromanaging some managers or supervisors think they're better then you specially Erik Martinez .
