Avantages
- Steinway location is run very well. Supervisors and managers are easy to work with and always willing to help. Any issues I’ve had while I was here was solved as quickly as Dublin allowed. - Good teamwork between all departments. Everyone is always available if needed. - Contributing to a world of better healthcare.
Inconvénients
- Company is mainly run in Dublin. They expect for the Steinway warehouse to go above and beyond even when it’s not possible. - NY team does most of shipping for the company but never gets acknowledge. - Poor pay rate - People who do not help and are not good workers are kept longer than they should - not much room for advancement - Broken promises - 1 selfish team member with a horrible attitude
