Perspective commerciale
Avantages
The company uses industry leading software and logistic programs that allow for real time tracking/updating to meet customer concerns or needs right away. Most of the equipment operators are seasoned long term employee's which helps with driver malleability. Management has an open door policy that encourages group problem solving so you don't have to feel like you are on an island all alone when the whirlwind occurs.
Inconvénients
The company wide employee benefit package was heavily promoted but far more expensive than I was expecting, which lead to me withdrawing my enrollment shortly after starting it.
