      The discount on glasses and of course the free pair.

      Inconvénients

      Horrible working conditions at times. Some days the sales goals are completely unattainable. They do not pay nearly as much as you are worth. Unpredictable work schedule and hours.

      Avantages

      Free pair of glasses each year.. Other than that nothing at all good about this horrible company.

      Inconvénients

      Management created a hostile work environment.They would bully employees and change timecards Which is illegal..as usual HR was notified many times and they always looked the other way. I hope this company goes out of business.
