Instead of fixing anything, they lean on web developers to pump out glowing five star reviews, as if that offsets the avalanche of firsthand accounts describing the same broken culture. It doesn’t make the company look better, it highlights exactly how desperate leadership is to bury the reality current and former sales staff keep calling out. If you’re considering applying, take the negative reviews seriously. They line up with lived experience.
