      They are shameless, no matter how much bad you say about them they have this cheap smile on their face...!

      Inconvénients

      These are group and set of worst management & people in corporate industry & e learning industry. They cheat their customers and charge them like anything... Uneducated and unethical people are sitting in Arizona as Program managers... Big lairs... all big talks but it stinks once you are on board ! No projects ... till date none of them are delivered on time or bug free... Worst and horrible HR.. No policies... Horrible Politics..

      Hours can be long, and early/late meetings are common.

      Avantages

      Decent Salary & remote life was the only nice perk

      Inconvénients

      -Management is not on your side. There are individuals on the team that calls the shots and the “hierarchy” is very misaligned. -Expectations from the job was to hit the ground running. I was told to be the elite of NCLEX item writing. When I was not ever mentioned or told to during the interview that was a heavy portion of the role. Item writing was mentioned as a prerequisite. However, my experience was not counted as so and thought of lesser than. Would not be able to speak up to anyone (no matter how nice or constructive) for fear of retaliation or feeling stupid. No work life balance. I was working at 6am, 2pm, 10pm didn’t matter about “hours”. Because the work had project manager deadlines.
