Avantages
None. The company will be out of business within two years. Look at their cash position. The CEO is unstable. It's a real shame. The executives that were in place prior to 2012 had the company profitable & growing, but they were all forced out or left because the CEO and President are incompetent.
Inconvénients
Throwing millions of dollars in the trash, mailing catalogs to people who don't want them. The web site looks like a yard sale. The CEO is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The company will be delisted within 6 months and out of business within 24.
