Great to work as a student...TERRIBLE as a coordinator - Avis employé Tutor Coordinator Learning Support Services

Coordinators are overworked while the director does very little and collects twice their salary. There is subtle pressure to work through lunches and check emails from home. The director is insane. She is literally THE reason there has been so much coordinator turnover. She appears extremely friendly at first, but micromanages, she will talk bad about employees (professional and student) behind their back, she will scream at employees, hit objects, and later scares/guilts everyone into not reporting her actions. It is like a scene out of The Devil Wears Prada.
