Avantages
I just graduated college when I started at launch local. I was tired of working my basic job and wanted a career. I started in February and worked my way up to running my own branch. I learned more communication skills and did more networking than I had done in all of my jobs and internship through college. It taught me the skills I needed to become successful and now I run my own business. There are great mentors and coaches. The CEO is very personable with the employees. At past jobs I never met the CEO- EVER! The networking is awesome. I met some of the top affiliates of national sports teams, and really built my network and my resume.
Inconvénients
You have to work hard so if you do not have a good work ethic, it would be hard to be successful in this business, or at all.
