      Avantages

      Good place to start if you're just getting out of college or are looking to get into a technology field. Service Manager is outstanding and seems to be the only manager trying to help the company grow.

      Inconvénients

      No annual reviews = no raises. Owner tends to judge a book by its cover (perception is reality). Overall environment makes you feel like you're expendable not an asset.

      Family feeling company. Everyone was always willing to help everyone

      Inconvénients

      As a small company, the pay wasn't competitive with other companies. But the environment made up for it!

      Low pay, not much room to advance, micromanagement.
