Inconvénients

they are paying too freaking little baring in mind that russian is very very in demand language to translate ; lots of calls, they are constantly asking us to work overtime because there is a big demand but not willing to pay min wage I was paid for almost 2 years basic $14 an hour, then they raised to $15 and recently jumped to $18 but as a part time employee I don't get paid time off ; I dont get paid sick time, I dont get insurance, I dont get any benefits beside only 401k ; we work all holidays there is no extra pay for those either and if you work over time ... no extra pay just your normal regular pay FEMA calls paid almost $30 an hour but you often dont know what calls are FEMa and we dont get them that much ; i keep hearing that Spanish interpreters paid like 30-36$ an hour, arabic paid more as well now Russian interpreters are even more in demand coz lots of Ukrainian ppl all over the world speak often russian too and its an options for them to communicate they need to pay more!!! I mean someone with two language skills should be able to make more money than a barista ... they want us to know all the terms and medical and legal and banks and insurance but pay us like we were good after 4 hours training

Avantages

Providing communications help for health care, insurance, beginning of life, end of life, counseling, IT. Among the highest minutes in the industry. Great record keeping, and pay is only 7 days after the close of every month. The annual training as well as recertification is paid events. Offers relative independence, after several audits, if you comply with excellence in customer service, you are pretty much on your own.

Inconvénients

The minute rate is among the lower side among language companies. Find that while you can gain lots of successful advice from the company bulletin board, but offering advice is often better to those in authority.

Avantages

Stay home. That's all. Nothing else.

Inconvénients

Fifteen seconds to recover between stressful calls. The health insurance they offer is super expensive for the poorly paid for hours you get. It does not match. Micromanage everything, constant supervised and not a proper guidance after being pointed the errors of the week. Extreme poorly paid for the higher quality of job that they want. The company charges 3 or 4 dollars for minute, but an interpreter gets paid 15 an hour before taxes. See the difference? Days off unpaid always. Not fair. Not even during sickness, grief or personal emergencies.
